               Dear Mom,

           

                     I could not imagine never seeing you again I admire you in every way. You are a  leader and an example to our family. You are a strong an amazing women of God. I love you so much you are the person i go to when I am struggling. You comfort me and give me good advice. You sacrifice a lot of time for me and our family. You are just like me , my twin, you make me laugh and you are crazy just like me. You put others before yourself and you are always making sure everyone is fine  before yourself. You are always making sure we have everything we need or want. You inspire me to go for my dreams and goals in life. If these were the last words I could  tell you I would just want to say thank you.

Who do I admire ?

This is a very hard question for me to answer because I admire many people. My role model would be my Mom. My mom is my role model because she sacrifices many things for my family and I. She inspires me to be a stronger person in my faith and to be a leader to others and to be an example for my family and friends.I also admire and look up to my youth pastors. My youth pastors help me when I'm going through hard situation.They are always there for me.They support me in my dreams and goals and push me to grow more in Christ and to seek him out more. If it was not for these wonderful people I would not be the woman I am today.

Monte Carlo <3

If I could live anywhere in the world I would want to live in Monte Carlo. I would want to live in Monte Carlo because of the beautiful scenery. I would want to live here because of the beaches and warm weather. 15,200 people live in the quarter of Monte Carlo and about 3,500 people live in the ward. Monte Carlo is located right outside of France. If I lived in Monte Carlo u would be able to fulfill my dream and see the Eiffel Tower . All I would have to do is take a train ride to Paris.Monte Carlo is eight hours and thirty two minutes from Paris. If I lived in Monte Carlo I would want to shop at Le Metropole shopping center. I would rather live in Monte Carlo instead of Paris because its close to the beach. I would still visit places in Paris like Louvre Museum, NotreDame Cathedral, Arc de Triomphe, and so much more. So if I could live anywhere in the world I would live in Monte Carlo.

Romeo & Juliet

                 My favorite story is "Romeo and Juliet". The story is a romantic story about two lovers that were unable to fall in love because their families did not like each other. This is my favorite story because it showed me how much this couple went threw just to love each other , and how they practically died for each other. This showed me how strong there love for each other was. The author of "Romeo and Juliet" is Arthur Brooke and was written in 1562 but was retold by William Shakespeare. This story teaches me not to give up on people I love or care about. Romeo and Juliet's love towards one another is unconditional because when their families hated each other they really did not let that keep them apart. Overall the story is beautiful but tragic at the end. Their love was so strong they died for each other.

After Apple Picking

What is intrinsic and extrinsic motivation? Intrinsic motivation is when someone does something to benefit themselves. Extrinsic motivation is when people do something for their image. In the poem “After Apple Picking” by Robert Frost the poem conveys intrinsic motivation by using metaphors “The wood chuck could say weather it’s like his long sleep, as I describe its coming on or just some human sleep”. The message Frost conveys is that people can be satisfied in the beginning but might get tired in the end of life.

The poem explains how we should not go threw life doing what we hate but enjoy what we do in life. The poem “After Apple picking” uses metaphors to explain to us how we should go threw life doing what we love. “And I keep hearing from the cellar bin the rumbling sound, of load on load of apples coming in” Frost conveys a sense of exhaustion in his life by telling us that there are so many apples that have been picked over the season. Frost states “I’m over tired of the great harvest I myself desired”. Frost is saying he has worked so hard and now he is tired of the harvest he did desired a while ago but now he does not desire it no longer.

 In the poem “After Apple picking” Frost is explaining the way you can live life with some regrets and they might not realize them until the end.

If I could change

One thing I wish I could change would be my studying habits. As a student at ECHS I know how important it is to study. I want to be able to have good studying skills. Studying skills are important so that I can have prior knowledge before I take a test or quiz . I want to have good studying skills so that I will not be clueless on a test and so that I can get good grades. I know that it is going to take steps to a better studier but it will be worth the effort. Right now I would say my studying skills are not all that good but I still have room to improve. My goal is to be able to have all A's in my classes, I'm going to work super hard this year to improve.

My fav hobby

What is my favorite hobby ? One of my hobbies is performing. I am a performer, and I love to sing and dance. Singing to me is an expression of feelings. I sing when I am happy and when I am sad. Singing also makes me feel better when I am not in a good mood. As a performer I do not only sing I dance too. My dancing is an expression of emotion and rhythm it also tells a story. I dance ballet, contemporary, and hip hop. I do not know how other people dance but when I do I have to close my eyes and imagine what I want to dance. When I dance, it feels like an escape from the world like I am free. I feel like a bird soaring threw the sky. Singing and dancing helps me get threw the sky. Singing and dancing helps me get three hard times and when I feel alone. Performing is my voice my expression on how I feel.

Music

          There are so many different genres of music. I listen to all types of music but I can say my favorite type of music is hip-hop. I like hip-hop music because of all the different beats. As a dancer its important to listen to the beat of the music and the rhythm. Music to me is an escape from the world and all my problems. I do not have a favorite singer because I listen to so many different types of music it is so hard to choose. I listen to rap, classical, jazz, rock, pop, hip-hop, Christian, and many more. I can say music can heal a person. For many people music is an escape and an expression. You can find out many things about a person by listening to the type of music they like. Music is an expression of emotion it can make you happy, sad, or mad. I like the fact that I was named after a famous singer and I love music. I can say that I cannot live without music it is a big part of my life. Music is an expression and a characteristic that makes me, me.

Daycare ?

   

                 My views one free daycare is I do not think working parents should be able to get free daycare for their children. Some people might disagree with me or have their own opinion. I believe that the daycare should have an informational paper that they should give to the parents. With this paper the parents will fill out how much they get paid monthly and yearly putting all their job information down. Then the daycare could have a number that if the parents get paid under that number they can qualify for reduced price or free day care for their children. Also parents that get paid over that number they will have to pay the regular price for daycare. I think it would be far if daycare did it like this because they would still profit and parents that can not afford daycare can be provided with benefits or free daycare for their kids.

What do I Value ?

I value many things, I treasure many things. I value and treasure friendship. Now I don't mean just any friendship I believe a friendship should be full of honesty and respect for one another. Friendship is important to me because I believe it should be treated with respect and care. I can definitely say that I have learned from relationship. Learning from relationships has made me the person I am today. Friendship it has made me stronger. Relationships shouldn't be taken for granted like the saying goes, "you don't know what you have till you lose it". Value a relationship even the crazy ones those are the best if you care about that relationship you should always keep it close to your heart and hold on to it tightly. A friend is a person that is there for you no matter what and supports you. A friendship should be a blessing it's not taking others for granted. Standing up for your friend when lies are put against them. It's about being there for them when they are going threw hard times and having faith that everything will be alright. It's about loving that person even when they hurt you and being able to forgive them.

Ride Warrior

   


                            This summer was my favorite summer. I enjoyed the whole thing, but my favorite part about this summer was going to cedar point with my family. When my family and I went to cedar point, it was really hot outside and super packed because Carley Ray Jepson was going to be performing. My favorite ride at the park is, of course, the Dragster. I am a ride warrior all the way. It was so hot that we all had to cool off , so luckily we brought our bathing suits so we could go jet skiing. This was my first time doing it, it was so much fun I would gladly do it again. After we got cooled off we headed to the concert. After the concert, we rode more rollercoasters. That day I finally got to ride the Mantis I thought it was a pretty good ride. Overall, this was one of my favorite memories of this summer.

My Number 1 Rule

My number one rule is coming to class with a good attitude.

I think everyone should come to class with a good attitude so that the atmosphere in the room is good.

Its good to come to class with a good attitude because the teacher might not be having a good day. Its also good to come to class with a good attitude so that you can have better focus on your work and so that there will be good participation in the class room. An example of not a good attitude would be the teacher calling on a student that is in a bad mood the result would be that the student wouldn't give the teacher total respect. I believe everyone should at least try to make the best of a bad situation and come to class with a good attitude. :)
